Project Overview

Sooper Signs partnered with Stolway Analytics to create a complete brand and visual identity experience for their new premises. Our goal was to make their workplace look professional, modern, and aligned with their brand values while ensuring every element served a purpose—whether it was branding, wayfinding, privacy, or aesthetics.

Branding Consultation

Before any design work began, we conducted a full branding consultation with the Stolway team. This included:

Understanding their brand personality, tone, and core values
Discussing how they wanted clients and staff to feel when walking into the space
Exploring colour palettes, typography, and design styles that match the brand
Suggesting practical and attractive solutions for walls, windows, and work areas
Planning visual flow throughout the office to create a cohesive look

This step ensured that every graphic, decal, and signage item supported their brand—not just visually, but strategically.

Scope of work

1. Branding Consultation

We provided guidance on how the space should visually represent Stolway’s identity. This included recommending layout placements, colours, design styles, iconography, and the overall visual tone across the office.

2. Graphic Design

We created custom design concepts tailored to Stolway’s brand style—clean, technical, and modern. Every artwork was crafted to match their professional image. We created graphics for two conference rooms, Reception wall mission, vision graphics. Staircase wall decals to highlight company values and key statements.

3. Wall Graphics

We designed and installed high-quality wall graphics for two conference rooms that added personality to the workspace while staying consistent with their brand colours and message.

4. Window Graphics

The window graphics included both branding elements and frosted areas to enhance privacy while maintaining a sleek and professional appearance.

5. Printed Frosted Stickers

We produced and installed premium frosted stickers for two conference rooms that combined branding, functionality, and an elegant finish.

6. Signages

Custom branding signage was created for office and the workshop to help visitors and workers navigate the premises and reinforce Stolway’s identity throughout the space.
